This is a friendly Bridge group and we always welcome new members. We play about 21 boards in a session (roughly 3hrs) and use Bridgemates for scoring.
We meet every Friday in The Bethany Room (Holy Trinity Church Hall) on Trinity Street, Leamington Spa - it’s just behind the church. There’s also a small dedicated car park at the side. Please arrive by 9.10am so the scorer can start the session at 9.20am. Cost £3.50 per session or 3 for £10. This includes tea, coffee, chocolate biscuits and great company. No partner needed, so please come and join us to enjoy a game of duplicate bridge.
WDu3a Bridge Group made a request possible for a 103 year old lady to play bridge again. Three of us visited the James Hirons Care Home accompanied by the 103 year Mum of one of our players. We played a few hands and then we all enjoyed chatting together over a wonderful afternoon tea provided by the staff. We’re hoping this will be a monthly get together as we all really enjoyed it . Great work from all involved .
