Information for members about photos

Photos can be sent by email by first contacting Alison Shaw . Each photo should have a file name containing the picture number and picture description and the initials of the photographer. Please mention the name of your group separately. E.g. Natural History 01 Pelican .FW.

Please ensure you let all those in the photo know that it will be available on the site and confirm that they agree to this.

All photos from dated activities will normally be removed after 6 months.
