Group email: Pickleball group
When: Weekly on Friday afternoons 14:00-15:30
Venue: Heathcote Community Centre
Cost: £10 per month

Pickleball is played on a badminton court with paddles (like an oversized table tennis bat) and a light plastic ball. We play primarily for exercise and fun rather than competitively. The game has been designed to be quick to learn and good exercise, with rules that tend to favour rallies. We play doubles whenever possible.

Search on YouTube to see Pickleball in action. It is easily learned and a lot of fun regardless of competence. If you have any racket sport experience you will find it easy. Alternatively, you can come and watch the group in action. You only need suitable shoes and a pickleball paddle.

We play at Heathcote Community Centre, Cressida Cl, Heathcote, Warwick, CV34 6DZ, every Friday at 2-3:30pm. The cost is £10 per calendar month, which must only be paid by Standing Order. This payment is or your membership of the group and applies whether you play or not, and is of course, additional to your WDu3a annual membership. You will receive detailed instructions on committing to join the group.
