We look at how people lived thousands of years ago in what is now the Middle East, but was then known as Mesopotamia, The Levant and Anatolia. We learn that they behaved very much as we do today. They had a social structure not unlike ours, they sent their children to school, they had 'professional' doctors. They speak to us through ancient texts and we discover that this area was truly a cradle of civilisation as they produced the earliest written script.
The group meets at 2pm on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday afternoons of the month at a member’s house in Warwick Gates.
